Biography
Ph.D. Student Anda-Gabriela Tenea is a young scientific researcher at the Pollution Control Department (Laboratory for water, soil, waste control) from the National Research and Development Institute for Industrial Ecology ECOIND, Bucharest, Romania. She graduated as a biochemist at the University of Craiova, Faculty of Science, Chemistry Department in 2017, and Master’s degree in Technological Biochemistry at University of Craiova, Faculty of Science in 2019. She is a Ph.D. student in Analytical Chemistry at Doctoral School of Science, University of Craiova since 2019. Her thesis is titled New methods for determination of heavy metals in biotic compounds and studies of evaluating for polluted ecosystems. Her research activities deal generally with spectrometric methods (ICP-EOS, AAS, CVAAS, AFS, ICP-EOS-HG) development to detect metals in complex matrices (soil, water, wastewater, sediments, plants).
