Abstract:
Purification of residual waters, contg. aromatic amine takes place in a single stage extraction process at pH 6-13, at ambient temp. at pH 6-13 with an extracting agent water ratio of 1 :5-1 :30. The extractant is a residual cpd.obtd. during the distillation of oxo alcohols which following extraction, possess improved
qualities, as additive, for the prepn. of micro-emulsions in petroleum extraction, increasing the degree of final recovery.
