Also, we wanted to determine and discussed indoor concentrations of formic and acetic acids in the same offices. As so, a total number of seventeen carbonyls were scanned in indoor air samplers. Aldehydes and ketones were quantified using a DNPH-derivatization method followed by liquid chromatography coupled to UV detection. For the determinations of formic and acetic acids, a fast ion chromatography analytical method was developed. Results obtain showed the presence of the interested compounds in all the sampling offices and also possible sources |
