Abstract

NOVELTY - Fodder recipe for broiler chicken comprises 50.22 wt.% and 59.61 wt.% corn, 35.54 wt.% and 23.26 wt.% soybean meal, 2 wt.% sea-buckthorn meal, 2.2 wt.% and 8 wt.% flaxseed meal, 5.04 wt.% and 2.41 wt.% vegetable oil, 0.13 wt.% and 0.36 wt.% lysine, 0.29 wt.% and 0.32 wt.% methionine, 0.05 wt.% choline, 1.58 wt.% and 1.45 wt.% calcium carbonate, 1.21 wt.% and 1.15 wt.% dicalcium phosphate, salt and 1 wt.% vitamin-mineral mixture, where the fodderecipe has alpha -linolenic acid of 3.89/100 g and 9.48/100 g/100 g of total fatty acids, where the fodder recipe is prepared for growth phase. USE - The fodder recipe for broiler chicken is useful for producing meat enriched in polyunsaturated omega -3 fatty acids.
