According to the invention, the process consists in stirring the reaction mass comprising mud and anaerobic bacterial mass in the presence of a catalyst, with active mud recycling, to result in a high level of organic sublayer decomposition. As claimed by the invention, the digester comprises a pulsating supply vessel (VAP), a reaction vessel (D/R) with embedded catalyst layers, a hydraulic device (DEP1 /2) for pressure balance, an external heat recovery system (RC), a gas purifying system (C), assembled to one another by gas and liquid pipes and self regulation parts. |
