Abstract: 
The project created a decision model based on the algorithm Analytical Hierarchy Process and use of type of indicators stated in ISO 14031:2013 and EMAS III for managing the environmental risk within environmental management systems. This new environmental decision instrument uses “ the principle of pair comparison” algorithm named AHP – agreed, accepted and used also in other areas than that of the environmental risk/environmental management – method that defines and structure hierarchical of the problem considering objectives/criteria/sub-criteria and the used procedure. It represents a decision support that can be automated and can be applied at the level of any type of organization.
