For this purposes, a solid phase extraction (SPE) technique coupled to high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with multi-waved detection (MWD) was studied and optimised. the linearity domain, as well as the limits of detection were determined for each compounds. the limits of detection varied between 0.05 and 0.1 µg/l. the method was applied to the determination of these pesticides in surface water samples. Recoveries ranged between 74.3 and 115.3% and relative standard deviation values between 6.7 and 13.2%.en-USOrganophosphorus insecticidesPhenyl urea herbicidesHPLCAnalysisWaterDetermination of some organophosphorus insecticides and urea herbicides from water by HPLCArticle
