The methodology of the transition quality management systems to the new requirements on risk-based approach in business processes

The proposed methodology for quality management system transition to the new requirements of ISO 9001 2015 is based on the inclusion of risk management and includes: - Establishing a transitional strategy SMC existing requirements of ISO 9001-2015; - Awareness of managers and all staff on the requirements of the new ISO 9001-2015; - Integrating risk management process at SMC; - Preparation of the system according to the requirements of ISO 9001- 2015; - Evaluating and improving SMC.
