Harmonization of Romanian agricultural and environmental statistic with European norms and standards

For reporting the data concerning the situation of dangerous substances in Romania to EUROSTAT were proposed different methods of calculation and the necessary metadata for 5 statistical indicators: indicator for dangerous substances production, indicator of consumption, indicator of trasborder transportation, toxicity indicator and indicator for risk characterization. The indicators were calculated based on the existing date at national level, from PRODROM and COMEXT situations and the obtained values were compared
with the values reported by the other EU countries. Was organized a statistical investigation concerning the stage of application, at national level, of REACH Regulation requirements for dangerous substances
The data obtained in the project were reported to EUROSTAT.
