Abstract
The project follows the developing of an innovative nutritional strategies for obtaining eggs with low cholesterol in terms of protecting the environment. In the project was developed and tested, on hens, a first set of four nutritional innovative solutions in terms of micro test, then were tested and verified under farm conditions two solutions nutritional selected from the first test. The best solution was optimized by supplementation with microelements (for solutions) and finally were tested and verified under farm conditions two nutritional solutions selected from the optimized solutions to obtain the top solution for the
farmers. The contribution of INICD ECOIND team consisted in identifying the potential risk factors for the environment and assessing the impact of applying the nutritional solutions based on the results from
measurements made from manure, in prioritizing the nutritional solutions and selecting the best nutritional solutions based on quality/ cost / environment impact performance using the AHP multi-criteria method
