Bioreactor with continuous-flow supply of granular aerobic sludge for purification of waste water, has secondary settler with spill pipe which is provided for discharging sludge and collecting effluent

NOVELTY - The bioreactor has a vessel that is provided with a pre-settling and granule recovery zone for selection and recovery of aerobic sludge granules in continuous-flow supply conditions. A pre-settling blade is mounted under an angle of 45-degree in relation with vessel wall and placed between a mixture discharge zone and a granule recovery zone. The settled granules return into the vessel through some slots. The zone is provided with some blades for granules return and for redirecting air-bubbles flow. A secondary settler with a spill pipe is provided for discharging the sludge and collecting the effluent.
