Abstract
This project was developed and applied methodology for managing flows of materials and energy in accordance with EN ISO 14051: 2011. It has drawn up a course upon which formed specialized in managing flows of materials and energy. The methodology was applied in an organization that has implemented an environmental management system and within an organization that has implemented an environmental management system, obtaining good results in both cases.
