SOMEDIU –Development of Sectoral Committee for Vocational Training in Environmental Protection Capacity in support of improving the quality of continuing vocational training in Romania

The project aimed the elaboration of 10 occupational standards in environmental protection and the associated qualifications to these standards and the creation of a Centre for Resource for the Sectoral
Committee, to manage the information on occupational standards in the sector and on specialists in the field. Through the project was provided training to 40 specialists for the development, verification and validation
of occupational standards. INCD ECOIND team conducted the occupational analysis for the occupations: Inspector in environmental protection and Technician in environmental protection and has developed
the occupational standard and related qualifications for the occupation Inspector in environmental protection, has elaborated articles for CSFPM newsletter site and has wrote fiches for subscription in databases with
specialists and occupational standards in environmental protection.
