Abstract
The project aims are development and marketing authorization of recipes of compound feed and/or concentrated protein-vitamin-mineral structured on raw materials obtained in ecological conditions for getting ecological eggs and organic chicken meat. It were identified the risk factors and were evaluated the risks on food safety of poultry production chain. It was designed and developed the documentation for a food safety management system for obtaining safe poultry products throughout the production chain. It was implemented and evaluated the food safety management system customized for the producer of cereal and vegetable protein and the producer of eggs and chicken meat
