The invention relates to an installation for producing functionalized nanocomposite permselective materials. According to the invention, the installation comprises a subassembly (B) for converting the polymeric solution into film and a subassembly (F) for conducting the polycondensation reaction, the subassembly (B) consisting of a metal base plate (13), two metal side plates (14 and 15), each of them being provided at the bottom part with a channel wherein a keder rail (19) is mounted to guide a support (1), said plates being fixed to each other together with the base plate (13), a wall (16) in the shape of an enclosure wherethrough a heating medium circulates, an L-shaped wall (17) fixed on the metal plates (14 and 15), a film-forming roll (18) in the shape of a cylinder with closed ends where through there passes a driving shaft (29) with 2 slides (31 and 32) connected to 2 micrometers (35) and actuated by some levers (33 and 34) and a gearmotor (36) driving the roll (18), the subassembly (F) consisting of a parallelepipedal tank (37) comprising a framework (41) made of some metal sections (44).
