The methodology is asking for using local specialists, economic units for the implementation of knowledge based sustainable strategy, due to the fact that they know better local problems and therefore can resolve
them efficiently. Sustainable development strategy proposes development options for all three pillars of sustainable development:economic, environment and social, which will produce benefic effects on all three dimensions of sustainable development.
