Assessment of the odour level generated by industrial activities through quantitative determination using dynamic olfactometry

Increasing human density in cities has led to the emergence of a considerable number of problems due to odor whom they were addressed numerous regulations in order to reduce the odor. In the past 30 years was searched a unified approach to these problems, it is necessary to shift responsibility on assessing the level of odors from environmental inspectors to a system based on quantitative measurement of odor levels. In this project we intend tackling the assessment of the odor level generated by industrial activities, objectively by quantitative determination using the dynamic olfactometry method.
